Before there was Dogzilla, there was Bella Boo. We began by making dehydrated chicken breast treats for her because we wanted to know what we were feeding the dogs we love.
After moving to rural Merlin, we raised chickens, kept laying hens, and grew gardens. A freeze dryer helped us preserve what we grew and raised. We saved the organ meat from our chickens and made freeze-dried treats for Arietta—our Cane Corso and the real Dogzilla.
We brought bags to family and friends. Their dogs remembered us, sniffed our hands for treats, and made it very clear when we arrived empty-handed. What began as a hobby over several years became a business when we finally had the time to give it the attention it deserved.
